When you look at the girl and she says, “What”?

The response may be positive or negative, by looking at the girl constantly may irritate her or sometimes she desires to bring up any relation with you, but it can only be judged by her facial expression.

This word “What” may lead to a pathway of strong and everlasting relation of friendship etc or it may lead to a strong long heel shoe on the head.
I still remember when at college I was directly having an eye on my librarian female teacher, she made non verbal expression with her eyebrows.
